An organization’s corporate culture comes from its experience and the values it has developed over the years. This culture is what gives any organization its special flavor. Companies today need to share with employees not only how they operate but why—the values which have shaped their operating style. When people understand why something is important, they are much more willing and able to adopt new ways of operating.
